Does monthly billing still mean weekly cookies?
Yes. Your box comes every week on the confirmed schedule. Monthly plans are billed by calendar month and are priced around 52 weekly boxes each year. Months with five scheduled dates are included in the cookie price.
What flavors will be in my box?
Each box is a baker’s-choice assortment. Actual flavors and their ingredient and allergen information are confirmed with your order. The photography shows an illustrative assortment.
Where do you deliver and ship?
Local delivery covers a 10-mile straight-line radius in the Leighton, Hatton, and Muscle Shoals delivery areas. We check the full street address. Shipping is limited to Alabama. Shipping prices will be published once the weekly parcel rate has been finalized.
How do I manage my subscription?
Contact Beck’s Bakery to change, pause, or cancel your weekly box. Pay Links cover the billing cycle shown at checkout; automatic renewals require a separately authorized GoDaddy recurring invoice. Please contact us about cancelling any recurring invoice as well as your box deliveries.
What should I know about ingredients and allergens?
Sourdough cookies are not inherently gluten-free. Read the ingredient and allergen label for every flavor. These foods are made in a home kitchen and are not inspected by the Health Department. Products may contain allergens; an allergen-free environment is not guaranteed. You can flag a peanut or tree nut allergy when submitting your request. We will do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee a nut-free product.
When will my first box be ready?
Your first pickup, delivery, or shipment date is confirmed before ordering. The weekly schedule and order cutoff will be published here when they are finalized.
